We are the founders of telemedical business InfoSCAN SA (listed on Newconnect: IST). The company provides outsourced diagnostic services for Home Sleep Apnea Testing. We have made initial investment in 2012, created product, certified it for CE compliance, found early adopters, raised 3 rounds of financing and listed the company on public market. Market Cap in 2018 has reached pln50m.
Our role in startup development – can include:
- Defining vision and development strategy that includes building best value for potential investors
- Sales&Marketing development
- Choosing best possible revenue model
- Building project plan and financial forecast
- Team building, recruiting enreprenurs
- Developing investment materials and raising funds,
- Creating reporting and project management system
- Operations team support
